A room-by-room service adapted to the size of the property and the time available between departure and the next arrival.

Cleaning toilets, sinks, showers, taps and mirrors. Disinfecting compatible surfaces and checking waste, moisture and agreed consumables.

A kitchen ready to use
Waste removal and cleaning sinks, counters and appliance surfaces. Checking dishes and utensils; appliance interior cleaning is defined in the quote.

Beds, towels and linens
Removing used linens and making beds with available clean sheets and towels. Keeping clean and used textiles separate. Laundry and replacements are agreed separately.

Frequently touched surfaces
Attention to handles, switches, remote controls and other shared touchpoints. Clean first, then disinfect where appropriate, following product instructions and surface compatibility.

Floors, waste and final checks
Vacuuming or sweeping, floor cleaning, emptying bins and ventilation when conditions allow. Final checks of order, presentation and outstanding details before handover.

We define the scope after reviewing the property's size, condition and access requirements.
Pre-move cleaning
Preparing the empty property before furniture and belongings arrive, including deep cleaning of interiors, cabinets, bathrooms, kitchen, floors and accessible surfaces.
Post-move cleaning
Restoring the property after furniture is removed, with attention to signs of use, dust, residue and areas that must be ready for handover or rental.
Heavy debris removal, adhered paint, work at height and specialized treatments are quoted separately after an assessment.
Property support
Details welcome guests too.
Operational support to prepare the property and let the host know what needs attention.
- Restocking supplied or previously agreed amenities and consumables.
- Visual checks of basic inventory and reports of observed damage or missing items.
